I feel fitter, stronger, and have more energy. This program has freed up time, which gives me more time to do other things like golf and yoga and spend more time with family. Joining Smart Fit has given me a solid foundation to ensure I will stay fit and maintain results. Being able to track my progress is super motivating. I love feeling energized to go hard every week. Gaining a new understanding of my body and all the different muscles groups has helped me find alignment in my life. I'm able to be a fun, fit dad and make time for what I enjoy most in life. My coaches always give me a hands-on session and something new to think about, week after week.

I thought I was in pretty good shape when I started The Smart Fit Method. I was able to ride my mountain bike 20 miles in 2.5 hrs. 6 weeks after starting my training program at Smart Fit, I was able to do the same 20-mi ride in 2 hours, feeling much stronger at the end of the ride. I was sleeping better, my blood pressure improved, and my libido was like it was when I was in my 30s. This may be explained by a 3.5-fold increase in my measured testosterone level from a year ago.

I love the efficiency and tracking abilities of the program. The time efficiency is why I've been able to STICK WITH IT for this long. I love being able to squeeze it in when work and life get busy. The impact of joining Smart Fit has been profound and immeasurable in terms of overall well being. Although the technology and efficiency of the workouts are amazing, it's the personable, community feeling in the studio that makes it really special.

Tylee is currently a student at CSU San Marcos (GO COUGARS!) completing her B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science. Before transferring to CSUSM, she played soccer at Pierce College in LA where she was first introduced to training. She would help train the football team and the fitness manager pushed her to pursue training as her career. She changed her major and dove right in. Today, she can’t imagine working in any other industry.

Tylee has been certified as a Power and Strength Coach for three years and has absolutely fallen in love with The Smart Fit Method. She is passionate and empowering, always making sure to help her clients feel proud of their progress. In her free time, she loves to dance and can't put down a great book. She's an animal lover and a highly devoted cat mom!
