What is the Longevity Assessment
Your annual physical tells you what's wrong. This assessment tells you what's possible.
The Longevity Assessment is a three-part process that measures your body's capability, then builds a training blueprint designed specifically for your biology.
Part 1: Initial Training Session & Assessment
Your first session establishes your baseline strength, movement patterns, and training capacity. Your coach explains the assessment process and prepares you for metabolic testing (you'll need to arrive fasted with no caffeine 3 hours prior for Part 2).
Part 2: Clinical Testing (PNOE + Styku)
Your metabolic and body composition assessment measures:
VO₂ max – cardiovascular fitness and longevity predictor
Biological age – estimated from VO₂ max, fat-burning efficiency, and metabolic rate
Resting metabolic rate (RMR) – calories burned at rest
Fat oxidation efficiency – how well your body burns fat for fuel
Heart rate recovery – cardiovascular resilience
Body composition – lean mass, fat mass, body fat percentage, posture
Part 3: Blueprint Review (3 Days Later)
Your coach presents your results and designs your personalized 90-day training blueprint, including:
Training zones tailored to your heart rate and fitness level
Strength training protocol (exercises, tempo, frequency)
Conditioning program (zone-specific cardio for fat-burning, VO₂ max improvement, or recovery)
Supplement recommendations (if applicable)
Retesting schedule to measure progress every 90 days
