Competitive athletes Rob and Connor Darnbrough had a fitness “epiphany,” which led them to pioneer a new hybrid training program called The Smart Fit Method, which they expanded recently into La Jolla.

A lifelong fitness aficionado, Rob Darnbrough’s intense training regimen ironically led to his lifechanging health diagnosis—an aortic aneurysm. “I was told by two cardiologists to never walk uphill again,” he recalls.
