The Smart Fit Method: Smarter Fitness for Longevity, Strength & Healthspan
Most people don't just want more years. They want more good years: time spent strong, capable, independent, and able to do the things they love. Yet most people are still left to piece together their health and fitness from disconnected workouts, generic programs, and numbers that don't tell the whole story.
At Smart Fit Method, we take a different approach to fitness: one built around understanding what your body needs today and building the capacity to stay strong, capable, and healthy for years to come. Our focus is healthspan, the period of life spent in good health, rather than simply adding more years to the clock.

Four Pillars, One System
Most gyms hand you the equipment and maybe a plan, then leave you to figure out how it all fits together. Smart Fit Method is built the other way around: a precise, comprehensive system that brings together the key elements that determine your healthspan, all working together toward one goal.Every program is built around where you are today, what your body needs to improve, and the capacity you want to build for the decades ahead.
1. Longevity Assessment
Our assessments go beyond the industry standard, measuring the key metrics that influence your biological age and give us a clear picture of where your health and performance stand today. PNOE measures your metabolic rate and cardiovascular fitness, while Styku creates a 3D scan to assess your body composition. Before you begin training, you have a true baseline across the metrics that matter: VO₂ max, metabolic efficiency, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and grip strength. We retest every 8 to 12 weeks, so your training and program evolves as you get stronger and healthier.
2. Smart Strength: Adaptive Resistance Training (ARX + OxeFit)
ARX and OxeFit use adaptive resistance technology to measure your force output on every rep and adjust resistance in real time to match what you can actually produce. You’re not locked into a weight you selected weeks ago. On a strong day, the machine can challenge you more. On an off day, it adapts to what you can produce.
Both systems can also deliver accentuated eccentric loading, where the resistance during the lowering phase is greater than during the lifting phase. Research suggests this approach can produce meaningful strength gains. In one 10-week study, strength-trained men who trained with heavier eccentric loads increased maximum force production by 18%, compared with about 1% with traditional training (Walker et al., Frontiers in Physiology, 2016).
This is why a 20-minute session can accomplish more than an hour with traditional gym equipment. It's your effort being measured, adjusted, and optimized in real time, on every single rep.

3. Conditioning
The CAROL bike uses AI to personalize resistance based on your fitness and performance in the moment, rather than following a one-size-fits-all program. Whether you’re doing a short, high-intensity ride or a longer endurance session, the goal is the same: deliver a precise cardiovascular stimulus without spending unnecessary time on the bike.
This is the part of the system that helps build your VO₂ max, one of the strongest indicators of cardiovascular fitness and longevity, with research showing a substantial difference in mortality risk between the least and most fit individuals.
Cold HIIT (Vasper)
Vasper combines high-intensity interval training with localized cooling and blood-flow restriction, allowing you to create a significant cardiovascular and metabolic stimulus with less mechanical stress than traditional high-impact conditioning.
But the interesting part is what happens beyond your heart rate. The combination of intense intervals, compression, and cooling has been studied for its effects on the body’s hormonal response. In one Vasper pilot study, 10–20 sessions over 4–6 weeks were associated with a 14% increase in growth hormone and a 47% decrease in cortisol.
The result is a conditioning stimulus designed to challenge your cardiovascular system while minimizing unnecessary joint stress and supporting recovery.

4. Recovery Protocols
Sauna, Cold Plunge, Red Light
Training provides the stimulus. Recovery is where your body does the work of adapting to it. After exercise, the body shifts into repair and remodeling, restoring what was disrupted during training and building the adaptations that allow you to come back stronger and more capable.
That makes recovery more than something you do when you're sore. It's an essential part of the training process.
At Smart Fit Method, recovery is built into the same system as your training. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, and other recovery protocols are integrated into your program so the pieces work toward the same goal. Instead of maintaining separate memberships, making another appointment, or driving somewhere else for recovery, you have the tools you need in the same place as your training.

From Data to Progress
Data only matters if it changes what you do. We use your results to make your training more precise, effective, and responsive to your body.
Your assessment establishes a baseline. Your training is built around that information, your performance is measured throughout each session, and your results are tracked over time.
Your program doesn't stay static while your body changes. As your strength, cardiovascular fitness, metabolic health, and recovery capacity improve, your training evolves with you.

Less time training. More time living well.
Most people have been taught that better results require more time in the gym. We think the better question is how effectively that time is being used.
Members typically train approximately 90 minutes per week. That efficiency comes from using precise, measurable training stimuli instead of spending hours accumulating exercise without knowing whether the dose is right.
Ultimately, none of these numbers matter if they don't translate into the life you want to live.
That's why we created Smart Fit Method: to make improving your health and physical capacity more measurable, more effective, and less complicated.
The goal is to build the strength, endurance, resilience, and capacity to keep doing what you love, challenge what you thought your body was capable of, and invest in more healthy, capable years ahead.
