More Power. Longer Endurance. Every Climb.

A science-backed strength and conditioning program built specifically for cyclists. Sustained power, greater aerobic capacity, and endurance that holds through the final climb — all in under 30 minutes a session.

/ Problems

Most racket athletes train around the game, not for it.

Cycling is repetitive, symmetrical, and locked to a single plane. Thousands of near-identical pedal strokes, driven mostly by the quads, in a fixed forward-flexed position — no lateral movement, no rotation, no impact.

That pattern adds up. The quads and hip flexors get strong and tight while the glutes, hamstrings, and posterior chain fall behind, capping power and loading the knees. And hours folded into a fixed forward position tax the trunk and hips, so posture breaks down and efficiency leaks away as the ride wears on.

Traditional gym programs rarely account for that. They build general strength, but they tend to miss what cyclists need most: posterior-chain power, hip extension, single-leg control, thoracic mobility, core and postural endurance, and force that transfers straight to the pedals.

We built the Smart Fit Method Cycling Program because riders deserve training that supports the way they actually move. Every session, movement, and recovery plan is designed to help you ride stronger, recover faster, and hold power to the last climb.

/ 01

Power Fade

Without targeted off-bike strength, leg power drops as the ride goes on, making climbs, accelerations, and sustained efforts harder to hold.

/ 02

Cardiovascular Capacity

Performance depends on delivering and using oxygen efficiently; a limited aerobic ceiling caps how long you can sustain higher output.

/ 03

Muscular Fatigue

Long rides load the quads, glutes, and hamstrings repeatedly, and force production slips as fatigue builds.

/ 04

Posture & Core Stability

Hours in a fixed position tax the trunk and hips, and a fading position costs efficiency deep into the ride.

/ Performance Metrics

How Members Improve

  1. / 01 Endurance

A 25-point climb in cardiorespiratory fitness. At an average age of 57, long-term members perform at the cardiovascular level of someone 10–15 years younger

  2. / 02 Strength

Eccentric strength is what decelerates your shoulder on every serve and overhead. It's the force production that prevents rotator cuff tears — and the metric most neglected by conventional training

  3. / 03 Progress

Most programs plateau after 3 months. Smart Fit members improve more the longer they stay — the jump from year one to year two is larger than the jump from month three to month twelve
